Dosage and use

Shake well before use. Take 1 x 1 drop daily in water, juice or smoothie after a meal. 1 drop contains 2000 IU. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose.

For best results, use liquid vitamin D3 for at least 9 months. Suitable for long-term use, during pregnancy, for the elderly, children (+10 years) and vegetarians.

Consult a therapist or pediatrician for the use of vitamin D3 in children. Not suitable for children under 10 years.

For children, administer the same dosage/weight ratio as adults. For a child of 40kg, administer half the dosage for adults (80kg).

If the drops do not flow quickly from the dropper after a while, the dropper can be tapped with a spoon. This will cause the drops to flow very quickly from the bottle.

Tip:Hold this supplement in the mouth for 30-60 seconds for even better absorption through the mucous membranes.

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from lanolin), 1 drop per day is good for 480 doses.

Other ingredients:extra virgin olive oil, triglycerides (medium).
