Shipping policy We strive for a fast delivery. The general rule is that order on workdays before 2:00 PM will go on the same day with the mail - exception left there.
If you order after 14:00, your order will be shipped the next working day. Orders during the weekend or on public holidays will be posted on the next working day.
Shipping Our orders are carefully transferred to DHL. From the moment the package leaves us, the responsibility is for a safe and timely delivery at DHL.
Of course we remain closely involved and we do everything we can to make the shipment go as smoothly as possible. If something goes wrong, we would like to think along with you to come to a suitable solution.
Shipping methods When handling your order you can choose from the following shipping methods:
1. Send via DHL to home address: Do you want your order to be delivered to the (residential) address passed on by you? Then choose this option.
2. Send to DHL Service Point: Do you want your order to be delivered to the nearest DHL service point? Then choose this option. This is currently only possible in the Netherlands.
NB! You cannot select a service point yourself. It automatically goes to the nearest service point of DHL. You can adjust this service point to another location via the Mijn DHL app.
Free shipping The following countries can use free shipping from € 70:
• The Netherlands
• Belgium
• Germany
• France
• Spain
Return policy Returning is possible within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in its original state. A return must always be registered in advance. You do this by informing us by telephone as well as by e -mail.

Sustainably packaged Your package will be filled with ecological packaging material from cornstorm flour. This material is fully compostable and can be done in the green container.
