<tc>Green Vitality</tc> Zeoliet Premium explicitly does not sell it as a foodstuff, dietary supplement, or herbal preparation. Zeolite is a Novel Food. This means that it is not permitted to sell it for internal use within the EU.

Zeolite Premium is only available for external use. Zeolite Premium is not medically certified and therefore not a nutritional supplement or a medical product according to Dutch law.

Storage and shelf life

Keep out of the reach of children. Close the packaging properly after use. Store the product dry and at room temperature. Protect from direct sunlight.

Ingredients Zeolite Premium

Premium Zeolite is ultra-finely ground Zeolite (Clinoptilolite) of high purity. It has a grain size of 20 - 30 µm. Of controlled quality.

Shipping Policy

We strive for fast delivery. The general rule is that orders placed on workdays before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day, with an exception. If you order after 2:00 PM, your order will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be posted the next working day.

Shipping method

Our orders are transferred to DHL with care. From the moment the package leaves us, responsibility for safe and timely delivery lies with DHL. Naturally, we remain closely involved and do everything we can to ensure that the shipment runs as smoothly as possible. If something goes wrong, we will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.

Shipping methods

When processing your order you can choose from the following shipping methods:

• Home delivery via DHL: Your order will be delivered to the address you specified.
• Delivery to a DHL Service Point (only in the Netherlands): your package will be automatically sent to the nearest DHL point. You can change the delivery point to a different location via the My DHL app.

NB! You cannot select a service point yourself. It automatically goes to the nearest DHL service point. You can change this service point to another location via the My DHL app.

Package not collected

If a package is not collected from the service point on time, it will be automatically returned to us.

Do you still want to receive the package?

That's possible! You will then receive a payment request for the new shipping costs. As soon as these have been paid, we will resend your package.

Do you choose to cancel the order?

We will then refund the amount of the items, excluding the original shipping costs. These are deducted as a contribution to the shipping and handling costs incurred.

Tip: Collect your package on time to avoid extra costs. You will always receive a notification from DHL as soon as it is ready.

Returns Policy

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. A return must always be registered in advance. You do this by informing us by telephone or email. You can read more information about our returns policy here: return policy.

We package your order with attention to people and the environment. Our filling materials are made from biodegradable corn starch – fully compostable and suitable for the green bin.
