Shipping policy
We strive for a fast delivery. The general rule is that order on workdays before 2:00 pm go on the same day with the mail -exceptionally left there. If you order after 14:00, your order will be shipped the next working day. Orders during the weekend or on public holidays are posted the next working day.
Shipping
Our orders are transferred to DHL with care. From the moment the package leaves us, responsibility for safe and timely delivery lies with DHL. Naturally, we remain closely involved and do everything we can to ensure that the shipment runs as smoothly as possible. If something goes wrong, we will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
Shipping methods
When processing your order you can choose from the following shipping methods:
- Thuisbezorging via DHL: je bestelling wordt geleverd op het door jou opgegeven adres.
- Levering bij een DHL Servicepunt (alleen in Nederland): je pakket wordt automatisch naar het dichtstbijzijnde DHL-punt gestuurd. Via de Mijn DHL app kun je het afleverpunt eventueel aanpassen naar een andere locatie.
NB! You cannot select a service point yourself. It automatically goes to the nearest DHL service point. You can change this service point to another location via the My DHL app.
Package not collected
If a package is not collected from the service point on time, it will be automatically returned to us.
Do you still want to receive the package?
That's possible! You will then receive a payment request for the new shipping costs. As soon as these have been paid, we will resend your package.
Do you choose to cancel the order?
Then we refund the amount of the articles, excluding the original shipping costs. They are withheld as a contribution to indisted shipping and handling costs.
Tip: Collect your package on time to avoid extra costs. You will always receive a notification from DHL as soon as it is ready.

The following countries can use free shipping from 70:
- Nederland
- België
- Duitsland
- Frankrijk
Return policy
Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. A return must always be registered in advance. You do this by informing us by telephone or email. You can read more information about our returns policy here: returns policy.

We package your order with attention to people and the environment. Our filling materials are made of biodegradable corn starch - fully compostable and suitable for the green container.
