Latin name: Uncaria Tomentosa. In the Netherlands also known as Cat's Claw. Others also know the plant as Samento.

Cat's Claw is a creeping and climbing plant that grows in the Amazon rainforest in Central and South America. With its thorns, which resemble cat claws, it manages to cling to the giant forest trees, among other things.

The local indigenous population has been using the root and the inner bark of the plant as a natural remedy for centuries. The roots contain the most active substances and potent properties. It is concerning that irresponsible overexploitation of the plant is taking place in large parts of South America. In Peru, for example, harvesting the roots is therefore prohibited, and the bark is harvested instead.

Since the 20th century, this herb has also been highlighted in the West, and many scientific studies have been conducted. Cat's Claw is also one of the basic herbs in both the Cowden or Buhner protocol.

Dosage and use

Dosage

Build up to 20 drops 2-3 times a day or as advised by your practitioner. If you notice a reaction that is too strong, reduce the dosage or contact your doctor.

Usage

Take the <tc>Tincture</tc> Preferably at least half an hour before the meal. Always shake the bottle gently before use.

You can the <tc>Tincture</tc> take in 3 ways:

Drops directly from the bottle into the mouth, preferably under or on the tongue
Drop on a teaspoon and take
Drop the <tc>Tincture</tc> in a small glass with a little water. Use warm water if you want the alcohol to evaporate. Let the glass stand for a moment before drinking it.

In all cases: keep the liquid in the mouth for ± 1 minute for rapid absorption through the oral mucosa

Undiluted mother<tc>Tincture</tc> organically prepared from the dried inner bark of the Uncaria tomentosa. The bark comes from South America. The <tc>Tincture</tc> is organically produced.

Package not collected

If a package is not collected from the service point on time, it will be automatically returned to us.

Do you still want to receive the package?

That's possible! You will then receive a payment request for the new shipping costs. As soon as these have been paid, we will resend your package.

Do you choose to cancel the order?

We will then refund the amount of the items, excluding the original shipping costs. These are deducted as a contribution to the shipping and handling costs incurred.
