Latin name: Juglans Nigra. Also known as black walnut, black note or American walnut. Known in English as Black Walnut or Eastern Black Walnut.

Our Black Walnut Tincture is a liquid extract of the bark of the green husk of the black walnut tree. This powerful natural product is intended for people who consciously choose natural health and the power of herbs.

Origin and traditional application

The black walnut tree belongs to the walnut family and is related to the common walnut (Juglans regia). The black walnut originated in America and was introduced to Europe in the 17th century. The tree has an impressive appearance with a robust trunk and open crown and can grow up to 50 meters tall.

After flowering in the spring, the tree produces green fruits with thick bark and a rough texture – from which these Tincture is harvested. When freshly harvested, they have a strong citrus scent. The green fruits ripen from September into the autumn, and as soon as they fall from the tree, they turn black.

The husk has traditionally been valued by indigenous peoples. In folk medicine, the bark of the green husk was known for its bitter taste and was often used as part of a cleansing lifestyle. This rich tradition lives on in the use of black walnut shell. Tincture in modern herb selections.

Dosage and use

Dosage

Build up to 15 drops 3 times a day or as advised by your practitioner. If you notice a reaction that is too strong, reduce the dosage or contact your doctor.

Usage

Take the <tc>Tincture</tc> Preferably at least half an hour before the meal. Always shake the bottle gently before use.

You can the <tc>Tincture</tc> take in 3 ways:

Drops directly from the bottle into the mouth, preferably under or on the tongue
Drop on a teaspoon and take
Drop the <tc>Tincture</tc> in a small glass with a little water. Use warm water if you want the alcohol to evaporate. Let the glass stand for a moment before drinking it.

In all cases: keep the liquid in the mouth for ± 1 minute for rapid absorption through the oral mucosa

Package not collected

If a package is not collected from the service point on time, it will be automatically returned to us.

Do you still want to receive the package?

That's possible! You will then receive a payment request for the new shipping costs. As soon as these have been paid, we will resend your package.

We will then refund the amount of the items, excluding the original shipping costs. These are deducted as a contribution to the shipping and handling costs incurred.
