Latin name: Juglans nigra. Also known as black walnut, black nut or American walnut. Known in English as Black Walnut or Eastern Black Walnut.

Our Black Walnut Tincture is a liquid extract of the bark of the green husk of the black walnut tree. This powerful natural product is intended for people who consciously choose natural health and the power of herbs.

Origin and traditional application

The black walnut tree belongs to the walnut family and is related to the common walnut (Juglans regia). The black walnut originated in America and was introduced to Europe in the 17th century. The tree has an impressive appearance with a robust trunk and open crown and can grow up to 50 meters tall.

After flowering in spring, the tree produces green fruits with a thick bark and rough structure – from which it Tincture is extracted. When freshly harvested, they have a strong citrus aroma. The green fruits ripen from September into autumn and turn black once they fall from the tree.

Dosage and use

Usage

Half an hour before meals you can take the drops like this or in a glass of water. If you leave it for a moment, the alcohol evaporates, but the active substances are retained.
